Before booking an in-home appointment, please reach out to our office so we can verify your insurance benefits for lactation support.

Medicaid-covered lactation consults are scheduled as virtual visits whenever possible.

Home visits may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on location and medical necessity. Please contact us before booking to discuss your options.

To speed things up, simply text us the following information:

✅ Your full name

✅ Your baby’s name (or due date if your little one hasn’t arrived yet)

✅ A clear photo of your insurance card (front & back)

TLN Clients:

The Lactation Network appointments are reserved for clients who have received an insurance approval email with the following PPO plans…BCBS, Anthem, or Empire (OR if your card has a Multiplan or PNOA logo on it). If this applies to you but you have not completed TLN’s intake form, please do so HERE prior to scheduling.

Wildflower Clients:

Wildflower appointments are reserved for clients who have received an insurance approval email with Cigna. If this applies to you but you have not completed Wildflower’s intake form, please do so HERE prior to scheduling.

Self-pay (out-of-network) clients:

We will provide you with a superbill suitable for you to submit to your insurance. The super bill (which will also serve as a payment receipt) will be coded appropriately to the level of service provided during the visit. We have packages available from $350-425 and accept debit/credit cards & FSA/HSA. 

**Sliding scale fees are available for Medicaid/Peachstate recipients.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please note: A credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments, in accordance with Udder Love Lactation's cancellation policy.

24+ hours notice: No fee for cancellations or reschedules. Less than 24 hours: $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.
